6, 250 turtle eggs confiscated in Malaysia

Marine police confiscated illegally imported 6,250 turtle eggs in Kuala Lumpur that were allegedly meant to be sold on Borneo. The seized turtle eggs have been handed to wildlife authorities. Malaysian Law prohibits the selling of turtle eggs without legal permits from the Malaysian Fisheries Department.
